Order and Payment Options
Our website is always open! Checkout is through paypal and will accept your bank transfer or credit card. You don't need to have a pay pal account to use your credit card and there is absolutely no fee to you for using this service!

If you prefer to pay by cheque or money order, you will receive an order confirmation number at checkout as well as details for mailing payment. Your jewelry will be set aside for up to 10 days or until your payment arrives.
Cheques and bank money orders purchased outside of Canada may be held for up to 14 days before clearing. To avoid delay, international customers are advised to purchase an International Money Order from the post office.
e-checks payments may take up to 10 days to clear.
Availability
In the event that an item you ordered is no longer available, we will contact you to arrange a refund or give you the opportunity to choose another item.
Shipping
Packages will be shipped via Canada Post and you will be notified when your package has been mailed with a tracking number, if applicable. Items will be shipped using the most efficient and economical rates. If you have a shipping preference (ie: xpresspost), please contact me before checkout. To avoid stray packages, please ensure that your paypal address is correct. .

Returns & Exchanges
I understand that shopping online is not always easy and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! If you order an item and it’s not what you expected, please contact me for an exchange or refund within 7 days of receipt.
Shipping costs will not be refunded and items must be returned in original condition with original packaging.
All jewelry is inspected and polished before shipping but should you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately to arrange for an exchange.
Please understand that due to hygienic reasons, Belly Rings are non-refundable unless defective.
Earrings are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Repairs
Providing there is no obvious signs of misuse, items will be repaired free of charge for one year from date of purchase. Shipping and replacement parts are the responsibility of the buyer.
Product Variation
As each item is handmade, please expect some variations in stones and design. Slight variations are to be expected and that's what makes your handmade jewelry unique!
Privacy
Shipping information is collected using SSL secure payment technology. If you wish to save your address for future purchases, you can select this option and a small cookie will be stored on your computer.
Any personal information that you provide to us is used solely for the purpose of processing your order and will not be shared with or sold to third parties.
We occasionally send out newsletters with information about new products or promotions. If you wish to no longer receive these, please let us know and it will never happen again!
